Our Optical Brightener Masterbatch (also known as Fluorescent Whitening Agents – FWAs) is specifically formulated to enhance the whiteness, brightness, and vibrancy of plastic products. Rather than simply coloring the plastic, optical brighteners work by absorbing invisible ultraviolet (UV) light and re-emitting it as visible blue light. This compensates for the natural yellowing tendency of polymers and makes white or colored plastics appear brighter and more vivid, significantly improving their aesthetic appeal and perceived quality.
